WHAT
C&C’s West Virginia Summits presented by BSN Sports are primarily educational football camps. Experienced staff will teach players test-out technique, positional work, and general football knowledge. Attendees will also be educated on the recruitment process. This camp will have competitive aspects, but there will be no contact, and a player does not need to bring a helmet- only cleats (and tennis shoes in case of weather). Summit events are not meant for exposure, but there is likely to be college coaches in attendance. It is by no means a try-out for C&C’s West Virginia Prep Football Showcase (invite-only) in May but standouts certainly can earn an invite at these events.
