MD/Panhandle Region
Undoubtedly from Morgantown over is the highest growing region in West Virginia. The eastern panhandle is night and day different than it was twenty years ago. It is home to one of, if not, the best dynasties in state history. The region has a very diverse mix of big and small schools as well as historic institutions and schools not even a decade old.
