Location
Mountaineer Conference Center, Beckley, WV. It should be accessible on maps. If not, you can also go to the Country Inn. The conference building is around the side, you can park there and enter or enter through the main lobby of the Country Inn (we will have signs directing how to get to the conference center from there). All of this off the Harper Road exit. You should go towards the GoMart and Ruby Tuesdays (it will be after those on right side of the road). The clinic will take place in a normal conference center with plenty of tables and chairs.
Registration/Times
Registration starts 8AM. Feel free to check in, get your C&C wristband so we know you paid, and go get some breakfast around Harper Road before 9AM. If you have not prepaid, registration will be $40. This will need to be cash. We will have some things for sell such as the 2018 C&C WV Prep Football Preview, so bring some extra money if you’re interested.
What Will It Be Like
It will be like many other coaching clinics. Will not be packed shoulder to shoulder. We will try to provide some note paper but will probably want to bring your own. We will provide snacks such as chips, drinks, and pastries. Lunch will be on your own to the choices of Harper Road. After the final speaker, we will provide pizza for a small social to end the day!
